Terms and conditions of use

JYU Pastry Art keeps inventory of products in stock, in order to ensure your order ships immediately. 

Unless otherwise advised all orders will be ship within 48 hours.

Because of the large volume of product that Bit Audio moves, from time to time, products may sell out.  

While this is unusual, if a product is out of stock, or is backordered from the manufacturer, 

you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date of the product, or with available options.

Shipping Damage: For your Peace of Mind, all orders are shipped insured against damage.  

If your product is received damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.  

Once an order has been sent, a tracking number will be issued via the site under my orders. If the order is returned back to Malaysia due to an incorrect address given by the customer or no one is in attendance to collect the order upon delivery. All freight costs for the order to be sent back are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS DURING FREIGHT

As soon as the goods are delivered to Buyer, They shall inspect them. Notice sent via email or direct contact us and notice must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods of any defect or omissions. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods. 

LOST OF PARCEL 

Seller shall not held responsible for any lost of the parcel during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company. We could also help buyer to claim for it.

OUT OF STOCK

If any of your orders are out of stock, you will be informed with the option to change with other product or cancel your order and get refund.

If the product will be re-stocked in the near future, you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date, your order will be delivered as soon as all items are available.

All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days after date of invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Cooz Auto Performance within this time period to be eligible for a return.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Kindly make sure the parts fix with your car model before place order. Refund will not be accepted if order was place wrongly. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part.
